SFC on sex issues; SAGIP outing; practicing my right as a citizen of my homeland; videoke moments

*eventful events* last may 06, thursday, SFC Metro Manila had its General Assembly at SPC-Pasig, my alma mater. it was my first time to step on its grounds after 9 long years. the facilities have improved a lot and i'm just so glad to see once again the place where i spent my high school days.the topic during the assembly was " 100% PURE! -GEN SEX". it's about constantly seeking and striving for purity amidst the worldly environment that we deal with in our everyday lives.there were some sharings and i truly admire those people who've managed to transformed their lives by allowing God to work on their lives and live out His plans for them.

i had fun in our swimming with the SAGIP kids last sunday. actually, us, the ates and kuyas had our own fun by playing water volleyball, if there's such a sport. nweyz, i kinda miss the jansennville kids that merely seeing them made my heart leap for joy.

i went straight to our CLP right after the swimming. they said i look so lady-like...yuck! my hair was falling down freely on my shoulders and i was wearing black top and black knee-length pants...that's my rocker-self not my lady-self? duh? people, wake up!? me?lady-like?...truly unacceptable! right after the talk, we had an unplanned chapter fellowship...really, really fun :) we had videoke session! and the food...whoa...grilled veggies and seafood...my favorites! my duet with alfred (bakit ngayon ka lang)managed a score of 99 which equalled to his 'buchikik' solo...both btw, were beaten by ate edith and ate lydia's duet of 'buttercup'..they got 100 there!other highlights of this event were a) ang 3 babae sa buhay ni henry b)frankie c)tito jhun's two-steps behind.

may 10, the much awaited election day. my sister wasn't able to vote because she couldn't find her name. i wish that i made the right and good decision when i wrote those names in the ballot. in the afternoon, we joined the cluster music ministry in their practice.

i'm so pissed with my boss once again. those little things that they couldn't figure out was once again blamed on me...telling me that it's my so-called responsibility...yeah right! to let him taste my cup of vengeance... i went on leave yesterday knowing that he was coming to the office to interview some applicants. my very reliable asthma and my effective art of texting together made a realistic lie. to make my so-called sick leave fruitful, i accepted one company's invitation for an interview.i don't know if i'll be accepted but at least i've tried. i don't even know if i'm gonna accept their offer if ever i made it. i just realized that i'm still marketable and i can still find a better job than this! oh, i simply love the feeling of 'rest'. the interview and the travel didn't take long. i was able to be home right after lunch.

in our household last night, we viewed the pictures took by KD during the chapter assembly. happiness can truly be seen in our eyes and in our poses. nweyz, we discussed about the power of the tongue. how words can make or break a person. how we can hurt others by our words and realizing the fact that whatever has already been said, you can never take back. you can ask forgiveness, but you can never take back your words.
